Do You Want to Look Rich?

Most people do.

The sooner you learn and really know that the people who are concerned with looking rich are also the ones most worried about money, the sooner you’ll be free. Often times they are upset with their own financial habits and hardships, but “fronting” as though they have plenty of money makes them feel better about it. How backwards is that? But I’m tellin’ ya, I see it time and time again.

The second you stop caring what other people think of you, what you’re driving, and what you’re wearing…you are infinitely closer to being financially free. Trust me, the people that think less of you because you’re driving a clunker while working toward your financial goals are not the people that you want in your life. Why do you care what they think anyway?

To the guy who is driving the new Mercedes, but has to keep being a renter because with that car payment he can’t qualify to buy a house…

To the girl that is trying to figure out how to pay down her maxed out credit card but is walking around with a Prada bag and Gucci belt…

Nobody that matters cares about what you are driving or wearing. Surround yourself with the people that look deeper than that.
